UK Customers – Right to Cancel
If you are located in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email, WhatsApp or contact form) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You will then have another 14 days to return the item to us.
Items must be in original condition—unused, undamaged, with tags, and in their original packaging.
15-Day Return Window (Non-UK Customers)
Customers in Canada, the U.S., and other countries may request a return within 15 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide:
- A prepaid return label (for customers in Canada and the U.S. or where applicable).
- Instructions on how and where to send your package.
Customers Outside Canada and the U.S.
If you're located outside Canada or the U.S., including the UK (for non-cancellation returns), you're welcome to return your item for a refund. However, return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer. Returns must be sent to our designated address in Canada or the U.S.
We keep our prices low by focusing on quality products and efficient support, and are therefore unable to cover international return costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and fairly, including providing a replacement or refund as needed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
