SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package size, and weight. This ensures all customers pay a fair and accurate shipping rate according to the distance and destination of their order.
We ship worldwide. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
For special requests or shipping inquiries to other countries, please contact us with your shipping address and the product(s) you're interested in, and we will provide assistance.
Important: Unless expressly agreed upon by us in advance, any import duties, taxes, or charges levied by the destination country shall be borne by the customer. Such fees are determined by the respective customs authorities and remain outside our control.
Note: Shipments within Canada are NOT subject to any import duties.
Carriers & Tracking
We use trusted carriers including Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canpar, Purolator, PostNL, or similar services. All orders include online tracking, allowing customers to track their package from dispatch to delivery.
Dispatch Time
Most orders ship within 2 business days from Canada.
Made-to-order items (such as custom paintings or canvas prints) require 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch.

- UK: 4–8 business days
- Other International Destinations: Delivery times vary depending on location.
